Puma33 Terms & Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Members

Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Puma33" or "we" refers to the puma33.best platform and the company that operates it.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at puma33.
• "Platform" refers to the puma33.best website, the mobile application (where available), and all related services.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in your puma33 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or promotions granted by puma33 to members.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures that puma33 may require at any time.

Account Registration

To register an account at puma33, you must meet all of the following requirements. By registering, you confirm that you comply with each of these conditions:

• You are 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• You are a Malaysian resident or a valid Malaysian citizen.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person or any business entity.
• You are registering only one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You have never been banned or restricted from using the puma33 platform previously.

Puma33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC, utility bill, or bank statement) as part of its KYC procedure at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits into a puma33 account must be made through payment methods supported by the platform. Currently, the accepted methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and other supported Malaysian banks)

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Accounts from other countries or in foreign currencies are not accepted. The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum daily deposit is RM50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain VIP accounts.

Puma33 does not accept deposits made directly via credit or debit cards. All deposits must come from legitimate sources and must be in the account holder's own name. Puma33 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised source or that does not comply with the platform's policy.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals from a puma33 account are subject to the following policies and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified by puma33's KYC team.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the name of the puma33 member themselves. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, puma33 reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC).

Puma33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or verification purposes. In such cases, the member will be contacted within 24 working hours. Should the review require additional time, puma33 will keep the member informed of their withdrawal status.

Bonuses & Promotions

Puma33 offers a variety of bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion. The general conditions that apply to all puma33 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only by each member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for wagering until the wagering requirement is met.
• Puma33 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or a breach of terms.
• The maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings is 10x bonus value unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing toward bonus wagering requirements — please check the relevant promotion's terms.

Puma33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the puma33 promotions page, and members are advised to review the latest promotional terms before claiming any bonus.

Game Rules

All games available at puma33 — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), table games, lottery, and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective rules as displayed within each game interface.

The general rules applicable to all puma33 games are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, puma33 will refer to server logs to determine the valid outcome. The system's decision is final.
• Winnings arising from technical errors or system glitches will not be paid out and may be voided by puma33.
• For Live Casino games, all decisions made by the dealer during the live stream are final and cannot be disputed.
• Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports matches — is subject to puma33's separate and detailed sports betting rules.

Puma33 uses an audited and certified random number generator (RNG) for all RNG-based games. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and free from manipulation by any party.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the puma33 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using bots, automation software, or any third-party tools to play automatically.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that is not in your own name.
• Transferring funds between different puma33 member accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements (chip dumping).
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate puma33's software or gaming systems in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the platform (collusion).
• Using the puma33 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

Account Closure

You may close your puma33 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@puma33.best. Before closure, please ensure all active bets have been settled and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance first.

Puma33 reserves the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves under the responsible gaming programme.
• Instructions issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, puma33 is not obligated to return any remaining balance. For closures requested by the member or due to other circumstances, any valid balance will be returned to the verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy & Data Protection

Puma33 is fully committed to protecting members' personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. The information you provide to puma33 will be used solely for account operations, transaction processing, KYC compliance, and communications related to our services.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to puma33's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page us. The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement between you and puma33 and carries the same force as these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puma33 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the puma33 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond puma33's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a member's disclosure of account information to a third party.
• Betting outcomes arising from a member's reliance on inaccurate information or misunderstanding of the game rules.

Betting carries financial risk. puma33 does not guarantee any returns from wagering activity on our platform. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Responsible Gaming

Puma33 takes social responsibility seriously. We provide the following tools to help members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Limit: Receive automatic alerts when you have played beyond the time limit you set for yourself.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account for a period of 6 months up to permanently.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the puma33 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be referred to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures. The language used in all proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English.
